・レンタル（福祉用具貸与）
介護保険で国が一部負担してくれます。

例えば1台30,000円の車椅子があるとします。購入すればもちろん30,000円で自分のも物となりますが、レンタルすると相場としては1ヶ月で3,000円ほどかかります。しかし介護保険を利用すると、1割負担の場合、一か月300円でレンタルすることができます。
圧倒的にレンタルの方が安く利用することができます。

介護用品を購入するかレンタルするか迷う時は、ケアマネージャーや、福祉用具担当のプロに相談することも大切です。
最も重要な事は、「体の状態は変化するものである」と、知っておくことです。
時間の経過とともに身体の状態も変わり、使用していたものが合わなくなることも十分考えられます。
環境が変わることで、使用ができなくなることもあります。
